(Robert Manner's private equity group) acquired Collinsville, Mississippi-based Webster Electric Co., Inc. and affiliated Webco Leasing & Supply, LLC through a newly formed Webster Holding Group, LLC. Assurance Mezzanine Fund provided mezzanine debt to support Providence Group's acquisition.
