One Equity Partners Acquires Clayens Group

One Equity Partners (OEP) has agreed to acquire Clayens NP (Clayens Group), a French contract manufacturer of high-performance polymers, composites and precision metal parts, from a group of investors led by Siparex. Siparex and other co-investors will reinvest alongside OEP and management will remain involved as minority partners; financial terms were not disclosed.

Parkway Products Acquires Injection Technology Corporation (ITECH)

Stonebridge Partners completed a recapitalization of Architectural Polymers, a Palmerton, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of urethane and plastic formliners, partnering with founder Marshall Walters who remains CEO and largest shareholder. Debt and subordinated debt/equity financing was provided by Bank of Montreal, Brookside Capital Partners, Parkway Capital, and Spring Capital Partners to support the transaction and accelerate the company’s expansion in the concrete formliner market.

SK Capital Partners and Edgewater Capital Partners Acquire Saint-Gobain's Crystals Business (rebranded Luxium Solutions)

Funds advised by SK Capital Partners and Edgewater Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Saint-Gobain's scintillation and photonic crystals business and will rebrand the carve‑out as Luxium Solutions. The business, headquartered in Hiram, Ohio with global facilities in the United States, France and India, supplies scintillation crystals and sapphire/garnet substrates for medical imaging, semiconductor and defense end markets.
