CACI International has acquired Reston, Virginia-based cloud, data and cybersecurity firm Applied Insight from private equity owner Acacia Group in an all-cash transaction. The deal adds Applied Insight’s cloud migration, secure networking and infrastructure modernization capabilities—and its government/DoD and Intelligence Community relationships—to CACI’s portfolio, strengthening the buyer’s cloud and cyber offerings for defense and national security customers.

The deal expands insightsoftware’s embedded analytics capabilities—coming shortly after its acquisition of Logi Analytics—and aims to deliver richer in-application reporting and visualization to software teams and ISVs.

Insight Enterprises Acquires SADA

Insight Enterprises completed the acquisition of SADA, a leading Google Cloud consultancy, for $410 million plus up to $390 million in potential earnouts. The deal adds approximately 850 cloud professionals and strengthens Insight's Google Cloud capabilities, accelerating its multicloud and GenAI service offerings; SADA was purchased from Verse Holdco.
