Parkway Products Acquires LMR Plastics from Leonard Industries Manufacturing

Parkway Products, a Florence, Kentucky-based manufacturer backed by private equity sponsor Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of LMR Plastics in Greeneville, Tennessee from Leonard Industries Manufacturing, LLC. The add-on expands Parkway's large-tonnage injection molding and in-mold decorating capabilities and adds a southeastern U.S. production location to Parkway's network.

Nelson Miller Group Acquires Injection Works

The add-on expands NMG's North American manufacturing footprint and capabilities, enhancing its ability to deliver engineered plastic components and value-added assembly and engineering services to medical, industrial and electrical end markets.

Myers Industries Acquires Elkhart Plastics, Inc.

Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) acquired the assets of Elkhart Plastics, Inc., adding the South Bend-based rotational molder to its Material Handling segment and combining it with Myers' Ameri-Kart business to form the fifth-largest rotational molder in the United States. Elkhart operates six U.S. manufacturing facilities with approximately 460 employees and had roughly $100 million of revenue in 2019; Myers financed the acquisition with cash, expects immediate accretion to earnings, and projects $4–6 million of annual cost synergies.

Plastivaloire Group Acquires TransNav Corporation

Plastivaloire Group has acquired TransNav Corporation, a vertically integrated manufacturer of engineered plastic components and assemblies based in New Baltimore, Michigan. The deal expands Plastivaloire's footprint into the United States and adds three manufacturing sites (Michigan, Kentucky and Puebla, Mexico), strengthening its automotive, retail and industrial product capabilities and taking proforma revenue to nearly €750 million.

Covington Partners Acquires Grand Traverse Plastics Corp.

Angle Advisors served as exclusive advisor to Grand Traverse Plastics on the transaction, which positions Covington to invest in specialized injection-molding and value-added assembly capabilities for automotive and industrial end markets.

Newbury Franklin Industrials Acquires Metro Plastics Technologies
