Celly H2 Acquires Chemtec New Energies from Chemtec Energy Services

Celly H2 LLC has acquired Chemtec New Energies (CNE), a renewable-energy focused division of Chemtec Energy Services LLC, to expand its hydrogen fueling and storage infrastructure capabilities. The deal brings CNE's modular refueling and storage expertise into Celly's portfolio to accelerate deployment of modular advanced hydrogen refueling stations (MAHRS) for municipalities, transit authorities, fleets, industrial users and ports.

Industrious Group (ITOCHU) Acquires American Hydro, Inc.

Industrious Group, a subsidiary of ITOCHU International Inc., has acquired American Hydro, a North American hydropower turbine design, manufacture and services provider previously owned by Wärtsilä. The acquisition expands Industrious Group and ITOCHU's capabilities and footprint in the hydropower and renewable MRO services market across North America. G2 Capital Advisors served as exclusive buy-side advisor on the transaction, completed in May 2023.

Pelican Energy Partners Acquires Container Technologies Industries, LLC

Houston-based private equity firm Pelican Energy Partners has acquired Container Technologies Industries, LLC (CTI), a Helenwood, Tennessee manufacturer of containment solutions for the nuclear industry, from a group of private (legacy) shareholders. In addition to a majority buyout, Pelican provided growth capital to expand CTI’s manufacturing capacity and has appointed Dr. Danielle Castley as President to lead capability expansion and serve DOE, DOD and commercial nuclear customers.

TJC, LP Acquires Insulation Technology Group from PHI Industrial

TJC, LP (formerly The Jordan Company) has acquired Insulation Technology Group (ITG), a global manufacturer of high‑voltage porcelain insulators, from PHI Industrial. ITG, formed from the LAPP and PPC brands, employs more than 1,200 people with production facilities in the United States, Europe and Brazil; TJC said it will support the company’s continued expansion into utility and electrification markets.

D.H.T. Holdings Acquires Rohr Gasoline Equipment

Reese-based D.H.T. Holdings, Inc. has acquired Byron Center-based Rohr Gasoline Equipment, Inc., a long-established provider of fuel station equipment installation, maintenance and tank services. The purchase, led by Calder Capital as adviser to Rohr, transfers ownership from Mitch Veenstra to D.H.T. to expand D.H.T.'s service capabilities in petroleum equipment and regional service-station support.
