TPC Training, a Frontenac-backed industrial skills training provider headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, has acquired Intelivert, a workforce safety, compliance and risk management SaaS provider. The acquisition expands TPC's workforce management and safety software capabilities and brings Intelivert's founder, Eric Aubrey, into TPC to provide a northeastern U.S. presence.
