Accenture Acquires Comtech Group

Accenture has acquired Comtech Group, a Toronto-based consulting and program management firm that supports large infrastructure and capital projects across Canada and the United States. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Accenture’s capital projects and Industry X capabilities in Canada, adding approximately 300 Comtech employees and expertise in construction management, facility and manufacturing engineering, and process control automation.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

Accenture Acquires IQT Group

Accenture has agreed to acquire IQT Group, an Italy-based provider of engineering managed services for large infrastructure and net-zero projects. The acquisition brings IQT's more than 450 consultants and engineers into Accenture's infrastructure and capital projects practice to strengthen capabilities for electricity, water and telecom infrastructure, energy efficiency and net-zero program delivery in Italy and Europe.
