Accenture LLP has acquired 100% of the membership interests of Revolutionary Security LLC, a Philadelphia-area cybersecurity consultancy that specializes in IT and OT security, breach and attack simulation, and security operations. The deal will expand Accenture Security's capabilities, particularly for industrial and critical infrastructure clients across energy, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services.

Atos Acquires Motiv ICT Security

Atos has reached an agreement to acquire Motiv ICT Security, the largest independent Managed Security Services provider in the Netherlands. Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.

Integrity360 Acquires Netsecure to Expand into the Nordics
