Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

Atos Acquires Ipsotek

Atos has completed the acquisition of Ipsotek, a London-based provider of AI-enhanced video analytics, strengthening Atos' Edge AI and computer vision capabilities. Ipsotek brings its VISuite platform, approximately 50 professionals and more than 600 projects across 38 countries to Atos' portfolio to support public sector, retail, transportation, manufacturing and critical infrastructure use cases.

Atos Acquires Cloudreach

Atos has agreed to acquire Cloudreach, a London-headquartered multi-cloud services provider, to strengthen its multi-cloud, application modernization and security capabilities. Cloudreach employs more than 600 people and generated roughly €100 million of revenue in 2021; the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and was expected to close in early Q1 2022.

Atos Acquires In Fidem

Atos has signed an agreement to acquire In Fidem, a Montreal-based cybersecurity consulting firm, to reinforce and expand its cybersecurity capabilities in North America. In Fidem, founded in 2005, brings a network of more than 100 specialists with expertise in cloud security, digital identity, risk management, security operations and digital forensics; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2021.

Atos to Acquire Paladion

Atos has agreed to acquire Paladion, a Reston, Virginia–based provider of cloud-native Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and managed security services, to strengthen its global cybersecurity offering. Paladion serves 400+ clients across 12 countries, has more than 800 employees, and the transaction was expected to close in Q4 2020.

Forescout Acquires SecurityMatters

Forescout Technologies has acquired Dutch OT cybersecurity firm SecurityMatters to expand its device visibility and industrial/OT security capabilities. The deal (reported at about $113 million) strengthens Forescout’s offering for securing converged IT/OT environments and extends its footprint in industrial end markets.
