Atos has reached an agreement to acquire Motiv ICT Security, the largest independent Managed Security Services provider in the Netherlands. The acquisition brings Motiv’s 180+ cybersecurity experts and sovereign SOC capabilities to Atos, strengthening its threat detection and response offerings and expanding its footprint in the Netherlands and Northern Europe.

Palo Alto Networks Acquires Talon Cyber Security

Palo Alto Networks completed the acquisition of Talon Cyber Security to integrate Talon’s enterprise browser technology into its Prisma SASE offering. The deal extends Palo Alto’s SASE capabilities by protecting managed and unmanaged devices and will make Talon’s Enterprise Browser available to qualified SASE AI customers at no additional cost.

OSF Digital Acquires Paladin Group

OSF Digital has acquired Paladin Group, a Carlsbad-based Salesforce experience and digital solutions consultancy, to strengthen OSF’s Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities and broaden its industry expertise in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal expands OSF’s services in media, financial services, and technology verticals and brings Paladin’s Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud capabilities into OSF’s global delivery footprint.

Atos Acquires In Fidem

Atos has signed an agreement to acquire In Fidem, a Montreal-based cybersecurity consulting firm, to reinforce and expand its cybersecurity capabilities in North America. In Fidem, founded in 2005, brings a network of more than 100 specialists with expertise in cloud security, digital identity, risk management, security operations and digital forensics; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2021.

CloudCover Acquires Palotac

CloudCover has acquired network support and hardware provider Palotac, a deal that roughly doubles CloudCover’s scale and adds access to over 1,200 engineers and hardware replacement coverage in 130 countries. The acquisition strengthens CloudCover’s global maintenance delivery, TAC capabilities and integrates Palotac’s engineering resources with CloudCover’s AI-driven maintenance management platform to deepen channel and enterprise support.

Ankura Acquires UnitedLex's Managed Detection and Response Business
