Raytheon Acquires Foreground Security

The deal — which creates Raytheon Foreground Security (RFS) — expands Raytheon's managed security capabilities across federal, international and commercial markets; Foreground has approximately 165 employees.

Atos Acquires Motiv ICT Security

Honeywell Acquires SCADAfence

Honeywell has agreed to acquire SCADAfence, an Israel-based provider of operational-technology (OT) and IoT cybersecurity solutions, to expand its Honeywell Forge Cybersecurity+ suite. The deal will integrate SCADAfence's asset-discovery, threat-detection and governance capabilities into Honeywell's OT cybersecurity offerings and is expected to close in the second half of 2023, subject to customary approvals.
