Integrity360 Acquires Advantus360 to Launch Canada Hub

Integrity360 has acquired Calgary-based cybersecurity services provider Advantus360 to establish the group’s first North American hub. The deal — terms undisclosed — gives Integrity360 an operating base in Canada and will be used to develop a Calgary Security Operations Centre and expand the group’s managed and professional cyber services across Canada and the US.

Integrity360 Acquires Holiseum

Integrity360 has acquired Paris-headquartered cybersecurity specialist Holiseum to accelerate its expansion into France and strengthen its Operational Technology (OT) and IoT security capabilities. Holiseum — founded in 2018 with a team of 32 and about 80 customers across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and transport — will form a new Integrity360 services practice and regional hub in France; terms were not disclosed.

NetNordic Group Acquires Bolero AB

NetNordic Group, majority owned by Norvestor, has acquired Bolero AB, a Swedish provider of cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, network and data centre services. The add-on deal expands NetNordic's competence and capacity in Sweden; Bolero (80 employees, SEK 270 million revenue last fiscal year) will have its management shareholders reinvesting and continue to operate within the NetNordic platform.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

NetNordic (Norvestor-backed) Acquires Konehuone

NetNordic, a Norvestor-backed Nordic system integrator, has acquired Finnish datacenter modernization specialist Konehuone. The transaction strengthens NetNordic's datacenter solutions and expands its presence in Finland; Konehuone has 19 employees and reported ~EUR 12 million in revenue (2019/2020).

Summa Equity Acquires NetGuardians

Summa Equity, a Stockholm-based private equity firm, has acquired NetGuardians, a Swiss leader in AI-driven fraud prevention and anti-money laundering solutions. The acquisition creates a strategic opportunity to combine NetGuardians' 3D AI fraud-detection technology with Summa's portfolio company Intix to develop next-generation financial crime prevention capabilities.
