Mitie has acquired Linx International Group, a UK-based risk management, consulting and security-training business, for £1.2m on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The purchase adds Linx's consulting, technical training (Tavcom) and security management education (PerpetuityARC) capabilities to Mitie's security and intelligence offering to strengthen its risk, assurance and training services ahead of changing legislation such as Protect Duty (Martyn's Law).

Vita, a leading UK provider of NHS outpatient mental health talking therapies, musculoskeletal and occupational health services with c.1,600 employees and forecast 2024 revenue >£100m, was sold by funds advised or managed by ARCHIMED and certain current and former employee shareholders.
