abrdn plc has completed the acquisition of interactive investor (ii), a leading UK subscription-based direct investment platform, following receipt of regulatory consents and shareholder approval. The deal expands abrdn's Personal vector by adding ii's scalable technology platform, subscription revenue model and large retail customer base while ii will continue to operate as a standalone brand.
