Haudecoeur, backed by Ergon, acquires Palais Impérial

Haudecoeur — supported by Ergon Capital Partners IV and the founding Haudecoeur family — has acquired Palais Impérial, the French leader in green tea, from Nicolas Pacheny and Arnaud Gillier, who are reinvesting in the combined group. Palais Impérial, based in the Paris region with reported revenue of €14 million, will be integrated into Haudecoeur to broaden its branded tea offering and strengthen the group's position in France and Europe.
