Haudecoeur, a French ethnic foods leader backed by Apheon, has completed the acquisition of Cepasco, the leading French supplier of herbs and spices. The deal (Cepasco was formerly majority-owned by Evoco) strengthens Haudecoeur's position in the herbs & spices market, adds complementary brands and capabilities, and expands the combined group's presence in France and Belgium.

Dion offers roughly 450–600 spice varieties across nine product categories and is sold in over 1,000 retail locations in Canada and the United States.
