Curative Inc. has acquired KorvaLabs, a CLIA-certified and DEA-licensed analytical laboratory based in San Dimas, California, formalizing a partnership that supported Curative's manufacture and processing of its oral fluid COVID-19 test. The acquisition strengthens Curative's testing capacity — to date the organizations processed 245,371 tests together and were processing roughly 14,000 tests per day — and secures in-house manufacturing and processing capabilities.

Zydus Lifesciences Acquires Agenus' U.S. Biologics Manufacturing Facilities and Launches Zylidac Bio LLC

Zydus Lifesciences Limited has completed purchase agreements with Agenus Inc. to acquire Agenus' biologics manufacturing facilities and operations in Emeryville and Berkeley, California, and has established a U.S. CDMO subsidiary, Zylidac Bio LLC, to operate the assets. The deal includes exclusive manufacturing arrangements for Agenus' Phase 3 immuno-oncology candidates (botensilimab and balstilimab), exclusive commercialization rights for those assets in India and Sri Lanka, and an equity investment in Agenus via Zynext Ventures; regulatory approvals including CFIUS clearance were secured.

Optibrium Acquires BioPharmics LLC

Optibrium, a Cambridge-based developer of software and AI solutions for small-molecule drug discovery, has acquired BioPharmics LLC to expand its 3D ligand- and structure-based drug design and visualisation capabilities. The acquisition brings BioPharmics' algorithms and products (including ForceGen, Surflex-Dock, eSim and QuanSA) and its founding scientists into Optibrium's StarDrop platform to strengthen 3D modelling, docking and binding-affinity prediction functionality.

ProPharma Group Acquires Pharmica Consulting
