Funds managed by Wafra Inc. and NOVA Infrastructure acquired Hawthorne Global Aviation Services from Moelis Capital Partners. Hawthorne is a U.S. fixed-base operator (FBO) network with six locations offering fueling, hangaring and ancillary airport services; the investors plan to build a larger FBO platform and expand the company’s geographic footprint in corporate and general aviation.
