S.i. Systems, Canada’s largest IT staffing company, has acquired HVN Solutions, an IT consulting and digital resource firm formed from HireValues and Nucleo Digital. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) expands S.i. Systems' talent offerings and professional services/Statement of Work capabilities across North America as it integrates HVN's teams and brands.

Huron Acquires Salesforce Industries Partner ForceIQ

Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) has agreed to acquire ForceIQ, a Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) partner that helps organizations design and build industry-specific cloud solutions. The acquisition (expected to close November 2020) brings more than 65 ForceIQ employees and its founders into Huron to expand Huron's industry-specific cloud software and Salesforce implementation capabilities.

The deals expand NetSpark's national telecom and managed-services platform, deepen partner and marketplace relationships, and retain employees and founders to support integration and continued customer service.
