Piper Jordan principals Robyn Piper and Jay Jordan will continue with the business (Robyn will lead the team from offices in Las Vegas and San Diego) as part of Brown & Brown's benefits advisory capabilities to expand its national account presence.

Ryan Acquires Brayn Consulting LLC

Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, has acquired Brayn Consulting LLC, a Houston-centric tax services firm specializing in R&D tax credits, cost segregation, and green energy income tax incentives. As part of the acquisition, Brayn CEO Brady Bryan will join Ryan as Principal and National Leader – Real Property Income Tax Incentives, expanding Ryan’s Income Tax practice and outreach to mid-market companies nationwide.

DLR Group Acquires Collins Cooper Carusi Architects
