eCapital Corp. Acquires Assets of Flexible Funding and InstaPay

eCapital Corp. acquired the assets of Flexible Funding, a payroll funding provider for staffing agencies, along with Flexible Funding’s freight factoring subsidiary InstaPay, to establish a foothold in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. eCapital said it will maintain a Fort Worth presence and retain Flexible Funding and InstaPay staff to continue serving staffing and transportation clients.

EverTrue Acquires Fundriver

Paystand Acquires Teampay

The combined network will serve more than 1 million businesses and expand Paystand's AR capabilities into AP and corporate expense controls; financial terms were not disclosed.

FundThrough Acquires Ampla

FortisPay Acquires OmniFund
