Austin-based Perficient, Inc. acquired Tier1 Innovation, LLC, an Oracle- and Siebel-focused IT consulting firm, in a transaction valued at approximately $14.25 million (half cash, half stock). The deal expands Perficient's Oracle/Siebel capabilities, adds a Denver/Rocky Mountain office and more than 50 consulting and support professionals, and was expected to be accretive to earnings.

Perficient, a global digital consultancy, has acquired Inflection Point Systems, a Columbia, Maryland–based software consulting and product development firm with nearshore operations in Monterrey, Mexico. The approximately $15 million-revenue company brings more than 200 professionals and strategic client relationships, strengthening Perficient's nearshore delivery capacity and agile software development capabilities across Latin America.

The acquisition expands Perficient’s Salesforce and cloud services capabilities and presence in the enterprise consulting market.

EQT (BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII) Acquires Perficient, Inc.

BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII (operating as EQT Asia) has completed the acquisition of Perficient, Inc., taking the St. Louis-based digital consultancy private and delisting its common stock from NASDAQ. Perficient — a global digital consultancy of about 7,000 employees — will focus on long-term growth, expanding talent and investing in next-generation digital capabilities under EQT ownership.
