Tech Data Corp will acquire several distribution companies from UK-based Specialist Computer Holdings for about $350 million, adding scale to its European business. Perficient, Inc. acquired Nascent Systems LP, an Oracle E-Business Suite-focused consulting firm, in a transaction valued at approximately $18.1 million (including cash and Perficient stock). The deal adds roughly $17 million in annual services revenue and more than 70 consulting and support professionals, expanding Perficient's Oracle ERP capabilities and footprint in the Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana/Arkansas (TOLA) markets.
