Accenture to Acquire COMWARE

Accenture has agreed to acquire COMWARE, adding more than 180 professionals and expanding Accenture Edge’s SAP and CRM-focused digital transformation capabilities in Japan. The deal is intended to strengthen standardized and repeatable transformation programs spanning digital core modernization, AI adoption, security, and operational simplification for Japan’s mid-market organizations.
