Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has agreed to acquire MHP, Porsche’s management and IT consulting business, in a deal expected to close in the coming months subject to regulatory and competition approvals. MHP will retain its brand and continue operating as an independent consultancy under TCS ownership.
