BPAS Acquires ESOP One

BPAS, a national retirement plans and employee benefits provider, announced its acquisition of ESOP One, an employee ownership technology platform for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). The deal expands BPAS’s ESOP practice by adding participant education and engagement technology—such as a participant portal and employer repurchase obligation portal—while ESOP One will also remain available as a standalone service.
