Primero Games LLC acquired the Gaming Division of Win Systems, including its Gold Club electronic-roulette business. The deal expands Primero’s international reach in Latin America and the Caribbean by adding slot and electronic-roulette products, manufacturing capabilities, and an installed base of more than 3,000 gaming positions.
