TransPerfect Acquires Technicolor Games (Technicolor Group Division)

TransPerfect has acquired Technicolor Games, the gaming division of Technicolor Group, S.A.; financial terms were not disclosed. Technicolor Games — with offices in London, San Francisco, Montreal, and Bangalore and more than 400 creative artists — will operate as a division of TransPerfect Gaming to expand TransPerfect's art, animation, VFX and end-to-end game production capabilities.
