Concentric Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private investment firm, has acquired Aleysian, a Salesforce implementation and advisory firm. As part of the transaction Aleysian named Jon Klinepeter as CEO and moved former CEO Dustin Ward into the COO role to support scaled delivery and accelerated investments in Salesforce capabilities.

Protera has acquired Redfig, an SAP-focused business transformation firm, to broaden its enterprise IT modernization, SAP BTP and AI automation capabilities. The deal strengthens Protera's delivery offerings across cloud migration, SAP modernization, intelligent workflows and end-to-end data integration to better support enterprise customers pursuing AI-driven transformation.

AVANT, a Chicago-based technology services distributor and sales-enablement platform for Trusted Advisors, received a strategic growth investment from Court Square Capital Partners with a reinvestment from existing partner Pamlico Capital. The founders and executive leadership retain significant ownership and will continue to run the business as the new capital will be used to scale AVANT's platform, capabilities, and support continued growth initiatives.

Tenex Capital Management has made a growth investment in Sentinel Technologies, a Chicago-based provider of IT solutions, managed services, and managed security services. The investment closed on November 3, 2025; Sentinel, which employs nearly 700 people, will use the capital to accelerate growth and expand its service capabilities across education, healthcare, government, financial services, and other end markets.

Insight Enterprises, Inc. has acquired Inspire11 LLC, a Chicago-based AI-focused business transformation and technology delivery firm, from Keystone Capital Management. The acquisition expands Insight's Solutions Integrator capabilities in data, AI and custom technology delivery; terms were not disclosed.

Integrated Health Systems, a portfolio company of Traverse Pointe Partners, has acquired ProviNET Solutions, a Tinley Park, Illinois-based IT solutions and managed services provider serving senior living and broader commercial customers. The add-on transaction closed on August 29, 2025 (terms undisclosed) and is intended to deepen managed‑IT capabilities and scale in the post‑acute/senior living market.

Riata Capital Group led a recapitalization of COEO Solutions alongside Founder & CEO Eric Wince, President Frank Ruffolo, and the company's management team. The investment will support COEO's accelerated expansion of its managed network and cloud communications offerings for small- and mid-sized multi-location enterprises and enable organic growth as well as strategic add-on activity.

Improving has acquired DragonSpears, a Chicago-based custom software development and DevOps consultancy, to bolster its Midwest presence and increase annualized revenue above $285 million. DragonSpears' leadership will remain in place and the business will operate within Improving's portfolio; Improving is partnered with private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners.

Shamrock Capital (via its newly launched Clover Fund) has made a growth investment in Neocol, a Chicago-based Salesforce and AI-driven sales consulting and services firm. Salesforce Ventures, an existing investor since 2023, will remain a shareholder as Shamrock partners with Neocol to support organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Aker Business, Inc. acquired Elarasys Worldwide, LLC and IT Hardware Plus, LLC, both Elgin, Illinois-based providers of IT hardware, resale/refurbishment and infrastructure services. The transaction, announced by Generational Group, closed on May 6, 2025 and expands Aker Business’s platform in IT services and technology infrastructure solutions.

DecisionPoint Technologies has acquired Imprint Enterprises, a family-owned provider of custom barcode labels, ribbons, and related consumables, to expand its consumables portfolio and Midwest operations. The acquisition strengthens DecisionPoint's barcode, RFID and printing capabilities and adds locations in Chicago/Aurora and Minneapolis to support customers in retail, supply chain, manufacturing and healthcare across North America.

ASGN Incorporated has acquired TopBloc, a Chicago-based Workday consultancy, from BV Investment Partners for $340.0 million (90% cash, 10% equity). TopBloc—founded in 2016—brings a team of over 500 consultants and provides Workday deployment, professional services and managed/on‑demand support to medium and large enterprise clients across North America.

Bounteous and Accolite have merged to form a combined digital transformation services consultancy that will operate globally under the Bounteous brand, backed by New Mountain Capital. The combined company is based in Chicago, will be roughly 5,000 employees strong across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and expands capabilities across digital engineering, cloud, data & AI, experience design and commerce.

ACP CreativIT has acquired Mindsight, a Downers Grove, Illinois-based IT consulting firm known for Cisco expertise, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services. The deal expands ACP CreativIT’s Midwest footprint and technical capabilities by adding Mindsight’s team of over 50 professionals and strengthening managed services, cloud and security offerings for mid-market clients.

Apax Partners’ funds completed the acquisition of Thoughtworks for approximately $1.75 billion, taking the company private at $4.40 per share (a 48% premium to the 30‑day VWAP). Thoughtworks will no longer trade on NASDAQ and will operate as a privately held company as it focuses on long‑term strategy and expanding its AI‑enabled software and data engineering services.

Cyber Advisors, a Minnesota-based cybersecurity and managed IT provider, has acquired eDot, a Schaumburg, Illinois-based managed service provider. The deal expands Cyber Advisors' Midwest footprint (Chicago and Southern Wisconsin) and strengthens its managed IT and cybersecurity capabilities for small and mid-sized business clients.

Egen, a Recognize portfolio company, has acquired Qarik, a Google Cloud Premier Partner, to deepen its cloud, data and AI capabilities and accelerate client digital transformations. The combined business will operate under the Egen brand, with Joe Schenk (founder of Qarik) becoming Chief Client Officer and the enlarged team providing expanded Google Cloud expertise across multiple industries.

Xerox Holdings Corporation acquired Oak Brook, Illinois–based ITsavvy LLC, a managed services and IT infrastructure solutions provider, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $400 million. The transaction, announced/closed in Q4 2024 (press release dated Nov. 22, 2024), furthers Xerox's strategic expansion into IT services and is expected to accelerate growth across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

n2 Group, the parent company of NAG, has acquired BioTeam, a life sciences and healthcare scientific computing consultancy. BioTeam will operate as an independent business within n2 Group, maintaining its brand while gaining access to group-level support and collaboration with other n2 companies to expand computing capabilities for biotech, pharma, government and academic clients.

ServicePoint, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has completed the carve-out acquisition of High Wire Networks Inc.'s Technology Services Division (HWTS). The add-on expands ServicePoint's channel-focused service capabilities, diversifies its customer base, and strengthens its multi-site deployment, networking and cabling service delivery.

TechTorch has acquired AstuteForce, a Salesforce-focused services firm, to strengthen its Salesforce capabilities and expand its Commercial Excellence practice. Hemant Jain, former CEO of AstuteForce, will become President of TechTorch's Commercial Excellence practice as the firms integrate Salesforce, CPQ, and commercial operations expertise with TechTorch’s AI-driven accelerators.

Evergreen, via its ERP branch Pine Services Group, acquired Solution Systems, Inc. (SSI), a Microsoft Gold Partner and long-running Microsoft Dynamics implementer. SSI will operate independently under Evergreen's "forever hold" model and join Pine Services Group to scale Evergreen's presence in the Microsoft Dynamics channel; financial terms were not disclosed.

ReachOut Technology, a Mokena, Illinois-based IT services and cybersecurity firm, has acquired Singer Networks LLC, a Skokie, Illinois–based MSP specializing in healthcare IT. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal expands ReachOut’s presence in healthcare-focused IT and cybersecurity services and brings Singer Networks’ founder Lisa Singer into the ReachOut organization.

ServicePoint, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has acquired SmartSource LLC, a St. Charles, Illinois-based provider of IT staffing, multi-site deployment and technical solutions. The add-on expands ServicePoint's service capabilities, customer reach and operational scale across its U.S. footprint while SmartSource's founders and management will remain to continue growth.

Summit, a leading cloud hosting provider backed by Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Deft (formerly ServerCentral), a managed data center and cloud services provider. The deal adds Deft's colocation, data center footprint and network services to Summit's cloud hosting platform while Deft founders join Summit's leadership and retain significant ownership.

Ntiva, Inc. has acquired Middleground Technologies, a Chicago-based provider of IT solutions founded in 2010 by Isaac Sajjad and Sagar Pandya. The deal expands Ntiva's Midwest footprint and bolsters its managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud service capabilities for its nationwide client base.

Accenture has acquired The Shelby Group, a Schaumburg, Illinois-based procurement technology consultancy, to expand its sourcing and procurement transformation capabilities. The Shelby Group's ~172 sales and delivery professionals will join Accenture's Connected Solutions group; financial terms were not disclosed and WestView Capital Partners completed the sale.

KaarTech, a global digital transformation and SAP-focused consulting firm, has acquired Dunn Solutions Group Inc., a Chicago-based digital commerce and customer experience consultancy. The deal expands KaarTech's customer experience and digital commerce capabilities and extends its geographic footprint in the United States and India; the transaction was facilitated by Eiliant Advisors.

Hero Digital, a customer experience transformation company and portfolio company of AEA Investors, has acquired Avionos, a Chicago-based digital technology consultancy specializing in Salesforce and Adobe B2B commerce and marketing. The acquisition combines Hero Digital's strategy, creative, marketing, and technology capabilities with Avionos' technical expertise to create a stronger digital experience and commerce practice; Hero Digital will move its headquarters to Chicago. Canaccord Genuity served as exclusive financial advisor to Avionos.

Evergreen Services Group has acquired Western Computer, a Microsoft Gold Cloud partner and reseller of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and ERP systems. Western Computer will operate independently inside Evergreen’s ERP partner portfolio while its president Linda Collins retires and CEO Tom Bardos leads a transition to a new CEO as part of the integration and growth plan.

AHEAD has acquired MBX Systems, an integrator of custom hardware platforms and provider of the Hatch supply chain orchestration software, to expand its edge and hyperscale infrastructure capabilities. The deal adds MBX’s engineering, manufacturing and global logistics capabilities (including a 120,000 sq. ft. integration and logistics center) to AHEAD’s enterprise cloud and digital platforms; AHEAD is PE-backed by Berkshire Partners.

Transaction Network Services (TNS) acquired BornTec's managed hosting and colocation business to expand TNS' global connectivity and low-latency trading infrastructure capabilities. BornTec said the divestiture lets it focus on its CrossCheck trading data analytics platform; the transaction closed on March 21, 2023.

ITsavvy, a GenNx360 portfolio company, has acquired INOC LLC, a Northbrook-based provider of 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) services and NOC consulting. The acquisition adds INOC's AIOps-enabled NOC capabilities and ~200 employees to ITsavvy, strengthening the platform's Intelligent Edge, multi-cloud, and managed services offerings.

Fresche Solutions has acquired Silveredge Consulting to expand its IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) application support, ERP and legacy application development capabilities. Silveredge will become a business unit of Fresche, continue operating under its current name and its Chicago-area office will be assumed by Fresche; the deal is supported by Fresche's private equity backer, American Pacific Group.

HR Path announced the merger/acquisition of United States-based Terra Information Group (TIG) to strengthen its North American presence and HR technology capabilities. TIG is an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors-focused systems integrator that will join HR Path’s global group, bringing ~100+ employees and end-to-end implementation, support and staff-augmentation services.

ThoughtFocus, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company, has acquired Chicago-based BreakFree Solutions to expand its digital services capabilities. The deal adds BreakFree's DevOps, cloud enablement, and agile development expertise to ThoughtFocus' financial-services-focused technology services platform as an add-on acquisition.

AppDirect has acquired TBI, a North American technology services aggregator and advisor enablement business. The deal brings TBI’s advisor network, training programs and back‑office engineering support onto the AppDirect marketplace to expand its advisor base, broaden its catalog of technology solutions and enhance enablement and operational support for advisors and end customers.

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has agreed to acquire 100% of TekLink International, Inc. for US$58.8 million (subject to earnouts and adjustments) and has signed a non-binding LOI to acquire uKnowva, a cloud-based HRMS product business from Convergence IT Services Ltd. The deals expand HGS's digital capabilities across data & analytics, financial planning, and HR technology, and will add roughly 275 TekLink professionals and 75+ uKnowva employees to HGS's digital bench.

Perficient (Nasdaq: PRFT) has acquired Ameex Technologies Corporation, an approximately $19 million revenue digital experience consultancy headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois with offshore operations in Chennai, India. The deal brings more than 400 professionals to Perficient, expands its delivery capacity and India presence, and broadens its commerce, content and agile software development capabilities.

Accenture has acquired Blackcomb Consultants, a Chicago-based Guidewire specialist, to strengthen its Guidewire and cloud delivery capabilities for property & casualty insurers. The 158 Blackcomb employees will join Accenture's Industry & Function Platforms Group to focus on Guidewire project delivery and cloud-hosted services; financial terms were not disclosed.

Mastech Digital, Inc. (Mastech InfoTrellis) acquired Chicago-based customer experience consulting firm AmberLeaf Partners for $14.0 million, with $9.5 million paid in cash at closing and up to $4.5 million in deferred, performance-contingent payments. The acquisition expands Mastech InfoTrellis' data and analytics offerings to include customer experience consulting and managed services, and is expected to enhance global delivery capabilities across North America, EMEA, India and ASEAN.

Ntiva, a U.S. managed IT and security services provider headquartered in McLean, Virginia, acquired Chicago-based MXOtech, Inc., a managed services and digital transformation firm founded by Joanna Mirov. The deal expands Ntiva's Midwest footprint, adds application development, systems integration and digital transformation capabilities, and gives MXOtech clients access to Ntiva's national resources and 24/7 support.

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm, announced an investment in ITsavvy, an Addison, Illinois-based technology solutions provider. The partnership with ITsavvy's management will provide capital and operational support to evolve the company's IT infrastructure and value-added reseller platform and accelerate organic and inorganic growth.

New Era Technology, a global managed technology solutions provider, acquired Aptude, Inc., a Lisle, Illinois–based digital transformation and application development firm. The acquisition expands New Era's service capabilities and global delivery footprint, enabling the combined company to offer broader technology and managed services to enterprise customers.

Recognize Partners, a technology services-focused investment platform, has acquired AST LLC (AST Corporation) from Tailwind Capital. The transaction gives Recognize a platform to accelerate AST’s cloud and digital transformation services, expand global delivery capabilities, and invest in innovation across Oracle and Salesforce ecosystems.

ColoHouse, a Miami-based retail colocation, cloud and managed services provider, acquired Steadfast, a Midwest cloud, bare metal and data center operator, adding three colocation sites including two in Chicago and one in Edison, New Jersey. The acquisition expands ColoHouse's geographic footprint and cloud/hosting capabilities as part of its continued roll-up and platform build-out.

Ascend Technologies has acquired the managed IT and security services division of Stratosphere Networks in a carve-out that expands Ascend’s presence and managed services capability in the Chicago area. Stratosphere will retain its IT project, voice services and consulting businesses while Ascend — backed by private equity partner M/C Partners — onboards the transferred managed services staff and clients.

Lincolnshire Management completed an investment in CrossCom National, a U.S.-based provider of IT infrastructure and end-user support services for multi-site retail, grocery, automotive and restaurant customers. The transaction supports Lincolnshire’s strategy to build a platform of national maintenance and service businesses for blue-chip customers; CrossCom will continue to operate under existing management.

Pamlico Capital provided a strategic growth investment in AVANT to accelerate the Chicago-based IT distributor's expansion and scale its platform for IT decision-making. AVANT's founders and management retain significant ownership and will continue to run the business as the company grows hiring and expands capabilities across cloud, security and UCaaS offerings.

Netrix, LLC has acquired PSC Group, LLC to broaden its cloud application development, modernization and data intelligence capabilities and strengthen its presence in the Midwestern US. PSC's senior leaders (John Quirk, Rick Parham and Michael Reiss) will join Netrix leadership to support integration and client continuity.
