Alstef Group Acquires Solution Net Systems from Architect Equity

Alstef Group has acquired Solution Net Systems (SNS), a Quakertown, Pennsylvania-based supplier of industrial automation and material handling solutions, from Architect Equity. Architect Equity had acquired SNS as a carve-out from Datalogic in 2020; terms were not disclosed and Alstef says the acquisition will support international expansion and new product verticals.

(SSI), a 30+-year provider of automated routing and optimization software for communications service providers. The deal (announced in May 2022) closed in December 2021 and brings SSI's Universal Routing Solution and toll-free routing capabilities into TEOCO's analytics and routing product portfolio.
