H.I.G. Capital to Acquire Alight’s Payroll and Professional Services Business for Up to $1.2 Billion

H.I.G. Capital announced that an affiliate has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Alight, Inc.’s Payroll and Professional Services Business for up to $1.2 billion. The transaction is expected to close by mid-year and is structured as $1 billion in cash plus up to $200 million in seller notes, subject to customary closing conditions.
