Abra Health Acquires Bayonne Oral Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute

Abra Health has acquired two northern New Jersey oral surgery practices — Bayonne Oral Surgery (Bayonne, NJ) and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute (Newark, NJ) — and will operate them under the new Garden State Oral Surgery Group while keeping existing providers and staff in place. The practices will continue to operate under their current names and locations, and Dr. Steven Dirienzo will remain on staff and provide services across additional Abra Health offices.

MemorialCare Acquires OC Blood & Cancer Care
