Cogenuity Partners Acquires Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC) from Tide Rock

Cogenuity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, has acquired Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC), a Fountain Valley, California-based designer and manufacturer of custom cable assemblies, harnesses, and overmolded interconnect solutions. ISC was purchased from Tide Rock; financing for the transaction was provided by Apogem Capital and Ally Bank. The deal expands Cogenuity's advanced industrial platform capabilities across aerospace, defense, data center, medical, and industrial end markets.

Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC), a portfolio company of Tide Rock, acquired CABLENET Aerospace, a Denver-area contract manufacturer of cable assemblies, harnesses, EGSE/GSE and electromechanical assemblies for aerospace, defense and space customers. The deal brings CABLENET into ISC’s vertically integrated interconnect platform to expand capabilities and ISC's footprint into Colorado; the Assayesh family sold the business with SDR Ventures advising the sellers.

Electrical Components International Acquires Flex-Tec, Inc.

Electrical Components International (ECI), a Cerberus-backed industrial technology platform, has acquired Flex-Tec, Inc., a North American supplier of electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies headquartered in Byromville, Georgia. The acquisition is an add-on to ECI's Industrial Tech platform to expand its capabilities and presence in commercial LED, smart lighting controls, and IoT end markets, with Flex-Tec continuing to operate under its current management from Byromville and a manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Connect Tech Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired 89.99% of Connect Tech Inc. for cash, with potential additional earn-out consideration. Connect Tech will continue operating from its 20,000-square-foot facility in Guelph, Ontario; founder David Worthen remains president and retains the minority stake, and the business (≈65 employees) will support HEICO's capabilities in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, transportation and smart energy markets.

(ICS), an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of custom cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies and industrial panels based in Longmont, Colorado. The acquisition is an add-on to TPC's newly formed Engineered Products Division to expand capabilities and product offerings into high-reliability end markets such as medical, semiconductor/test & measurement, aerospace and defense.
