The deal expands Lynn's product portfolio and manufacturing capacity—adding a third 11,500 sq. ft. facility—and strengthens its position in the telecom and data center markets.

Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC) / Tide Rock Acquires CABLENET Aerospace

Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC), a portfolio company of Tide Rock, acquired CABLENET Aerospace, a Denver-area contract manufacturer of cable assemblies, harnesses, EGSE/GSE and electromechanical assemblies for aerospace, defense and space customers. The deal brings CABLENET into ISC’s vertically integrated interconnect platform to expand capabilities and ISC's footprint into Colorado; the Assayesh family sold the business with SDR Ventures advising the sellers.

Interconnect Solutions Company Acquires Tri-Tek Electronics

Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC) acquired Tri-Tek Electronics Inc., a Valencia, California-based cable assembly and wire harness manufacturer, to add in-house cable production and specialized assembly capabilities. The acquisition strengthens ISC's capacity for complex, high-reliability assemblies serving aerospace, space and defense customers and retains Tri-Tek's president to oversee integration.

Cogenuity Partners Acquires Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC) from Tide Rock

Cogenuity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, has acquired Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC), a Fountain Valley, California-based designer and manufacturer of custom cable assemblies, harnesses, and overmolded interconnect solutions. ISC was purchased from Tide Rock; financing for the transaction was provided by Apogem Capital and Ally Bank. The deal expands Cogenuity's advanced industrial platform capabilities across aerospace, defense, data center, medical, and industrial end markets.

Integrated Power Services Acquires Assets of Swiger Coil Systems from Wabtec Corporation

Integrated Power Services (IPS) has acquired the assets of Swiger Coil Systems from Wabtec Corporation, adding Swiger's Cleveland manufacturing facility and coil/traction motor remanufacturing capabilities to IPS's North American service network. The acquisition expands IPS's manufacturing and repair capabilities for electric coils and traction motors, increasing its traction motor service network and supporting customers across transportation, mining and power-generation markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Versaterm's CAD and RMS product portfolio and strengthens its public safety ecosystem to serve agencies of all sizes.
