El Paso-based Manufacturing Revitalization Corp. of America (MRCA) has acquired Technical Metals Inc., a Fairbury, Illinois-based metalworking and machining services provider. The deal brings Technical Metals' ~65 employees and 80,000-sq.-ft. facility into MRCA's aggregation strategy to preserve U.S. manufacturing capacity and expand legacy manufacturing capabilities.

Metra S.p.A. Acquires Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC)

Metra S.p.A., a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC), a U.S. manufacturer of custom extruded aluminum profiles and value‑added fabrication, assembly and finishing services. EAC operates two facilities in Belding and Kentwood, Michigan with approximately 170 employees; the deal advances Metra's North American expansion and end‑market diversification, including entry into utility‑grade solar.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

(IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

Expromet Technologies Group Acquires Metaltech Precision Ltd

Metaltech, founded in 1973 and employing about 70 people, expands Expromet's machining and fabrication capabilities across markets including aerospace, defence, energy, rail and marine.

Katchmark's existing management and workforce will remain in place as the business becomes Katchmark Construction, a Tecta America Company, expanding Tecta's presence in the Mid-Atlantic.
