ACERTUS Acquires RCG Logistics

ACERTUS, an automotive logistics-as-a-service platform, has acquired RCG Logistics, a Sacramento-based transportation and remarketing provider. The deal will expand ACERTUS' service offerings into salvage and repossession and enable coverage of additional VIN types including motorsports, RVs and other oversized vehicles as RCG is integrated under the ACERTUS brand.
