Radiant Logistics Acquires USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC, two Philadelphia-based freight forwarding and cartage operations that have operated as part of Radiant's Service By Air brand since 2014. The acquired businesses will transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's company-owned Philadelphia operations; a portion of the purchase price is contingent on future performance and Mike Boyce will serve as General Manager of the combined team.

Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (TLSS) entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all assets of GRC Trucking, Inc., a 30-year intermodal logistics and drayage provider based in Kearney, New Jersey. The asset purchase (to be paid in TLSS common stock) is intended to expand TLSS' intermodal, import/export and drayage capabilities and realize operating-synergies with its PrimeEFS and ShypDirect hubs in New Jersey.

Trinity Logistics Acquires Granite Logistics

Trinity Logistics has completed the full acquisition of Granite Logistics, bringing the longtime freight agent partner into its organization and adding two Regional Service Centers in Sartell and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The deal brings approximately 135 team members into Trinity and expands its specialized capabilities in flatbed, over-dimensional, and heavy-haul freight across the Upper Midwest.

Grammer Logistics Acquires Logistics Management Resources, Inc.

(LMR), a Baton Rouge–based third-party logistics and transportation management provider focused on chemicals and industrial gases. The acquisition, completed Oct. 24, 2022, expands Grammer's transportation management capabilities and complements its asset and non-asset service offerings as part of its PE-backed growth strategy.

Trinity Industries Acquires RSI Logistics

Trinity Industries, Inc. acquired RSI Logistics for $70 million, closing on March 8, 2023. The deal adds RSI's rail-focused software, logistics services, terminal operations, and intermodal capabilities to Trinity's rail services platform while retaining RSI employees.

PLS Logistics Services Acquires D&L Transport

PLS Logistics Services, a technology-driven third-party logistics provider based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, has acquired D&L Transport, a freight brokerage headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. D&L will operate as an independent subsidiary with Brian DeFrain remaining president, and PLS expects the transaction to increase its annual revenue run rate to $950 million (with a projected ~$1.2 billion in 2022).
