Cooke Inc. has acquired Slade Gorton, one of the largest U.S. distributors, importers, and manufacturers of fresh and frozen seafood. Slade Gorton will remain led by family members Kim Gorton (CEO) and Mike Gorton Jr. (EVP), and will be integrated into Cooke's vertically integrated seafood network to strengthen Cooke's U.S. distribution and product offering.
