Sole Source Capital Acquires Lee Fish USA

Océano Seafood Acquires Sea Fresh USA

The acquisition is intended to create synergies with SSI’s existing portfolio (including PRO*ACT, PRO*FRESH Logistics and PRO*FRESH Sourcing) and expand SSI’s produce sourcing, processing, packaging and logistics capabilities.
