Denis Ladegaillerie, EQT and TCV Consortium to Acquire Believe

A consortium formed by Believe founder & CEO Denis Ladegaillerie together with private investment firms EQT and TCV has agreed to acquire a 71.92% block of Believe's capital, to be followed by a tender offer to acquire 100% of Believe. The transaction is a take-private buyout subject to customary regulatory approvals and fund/offer conditions.
