DarioHealth Acquires Twill to Build Comprehensive Digital Health Platform

DarioHealth Corp. has acquired Twill, a digital-led care company, in a deal that paid $10 million in cash plus approximately 10 million pre-funded warrants and was completed alongside a $22.4 million private placement. The acquisition nearly doubles Dario's pro forma 2023 revenue and is intended to expand Dario's chronic-condition and behavioral health capabilities, create cross-selling opportunities across payor and employer customers, and accelerate the path to profitability through revenue scale and cost synergies.

Softheon Acquires NextHealth Technologies
