Pathway Healthcare, a Birmingham-based outpatient behavioral health provider, has acquired Innovation360, an outpatient counseling and addiction-treatment group based in Dallas, Texas. The acquisition expands Pathway's Dallas footprint and adds more intensive outpatient services (IOP, PHP, medication-assisted treatment and life-development programming) to its platform of outpatient clinics.
