Pathways Health and Community Support, a portfolio company of Atar Capital, has acquired Human Resource Training, Inc. (HRT), an Arizona-based provider of foster care, parenting skills and developmental-home services. The add-on acquisition expands Pathways' footprint in Arizona from eight to twelve counties and augments services in Maricopa and Pima counties to increase access to behavioral and social services.

The add-on expands Pathways' behavioral and mental health footprint in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina and broadens its autism and outpatient community-based service offerings. The acquisition expands Pathway's Dallas footprint and adds more intensive outpatient services (IOP, PHP, medication-assisted treatment and life-development programming) to its platform of outpatient clinics.

The deal expands access to in-person and telemedicine mental health services, including psychiatry, psychotherapy, TMS and addiction recovery, and positions the combined organization for further growth following Community Psychiatry's recent strategic capital investment.
