Pathways (Atar Capital Portfolio Company) Acquires Three CIS Subsidiaries: AFS, FBR and AERI

Pathways Health and Community Support, a portfolio company of Atar Capital, acquired three subsidiaries of Community Intervention Services, Inc. — Access Family Services (AFS), Family Behavioral Resources (FBR) and Autism Education and Research Institute (AERI) — with FBR and AERI to operate together as FBR-AERI. The add-on expands Pathways' behavioral and mental health footprint in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina and broadens its autism and outpatient community-based service offerings. Terms were not disclosed.

Pathways Acquires Renew Consulting
