The deal folds VIPPBN (and previously acquired Tri County Telebehavioral Services) into MindCare's platform to increase psychiatry access across more than 30 hospitals in the Orlando metro area; MindCare is backed by lead investor WP Global Partners.

Mindpath Health Acquires Psychiatric Centers at San Diego
