Sun Communities, Inc. Acquires Park Holidays UK

BLG Group of Companies Acquires MBM Groups International Ltd and FDS Group

Sykes Holiday Cottages to Acquire Forest Holidays from Phoenix-led Investor Group

Sykes Holiday Cottages, a portfolio company of Vitruvian Partners, is set to acquire Forest Holidays from an institutional investor group led by Phoenix Equity Partners and including LDC. The transaction brings Forest Holidays’ 12-location, nature-based cabin business into the Forge/Sykes platform to create a larger UK domestic holiday group focused on sustainable tourism.
