Private equity firms Flexpoint Ford and Vestar Capital Partners agreed to acquire LERETA, a national provider of real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers, from existing equity holders including funds managed by Tarsadia Investments. Management, led by CEO John Walsh, will remain in place; the buyers said they will support accelerated growth and increased technology investments to scale LERETA's operations and capabilities.

AccuTitle Acquires Florida-based Landtech Data Corp

AccuTitle, a provider of title management platforms, has acquired Florida-based Landtech Data Corp to expand its cloud-based TitleFusion product and broaden its client footprint across additional states. The Bell family (Alice Bell and Dorothy Bell Cole) will join AccuTitle’s team and Landtech employees will integrate with the TitleFusion product group to deliver an expanded cloud settlement software offering.

L2L Acquires Accumine Technologies Ltd.
