Los Angeles-based private investment firm Carmelina Capital Partners has completed a significant growth investment in Bridge Diagnostics, Inc. (BDI), a Louisville, Colorado–headquartered provider of nondestructive evaluation, structural monitoring and proprietary instrumentation for heavy civil infrastructure. The existing owner-operator team will retain significant ownership and remain with the company to lead its next phase of growth.
