(doing business as RG Medical Diagnostics), a Michigan-based distributor of temperature-management medical devices and other healthcare products. The acquisition was executed as majority owner Ron LeTourneau exited into retirement; terms were not disclosed and Calder Capital acted as advisor to the sellers.
