HCAP Partners made a follow-on investment in its portfolio company TCS Healthcare Technologies to support TCS’s acquisition of DataSmart Solutions, LLC. The add-on brings predictive risk analytics (built on the Johns Hopkins ACG system) into TCS’s ACUITYnxt population health SaaS platform to accelerate product roadmap and improve risk‑stratification capabilities for payers and other risk‑bearing organizations.
